Stayed here start of September for 7 nights.
I've stayed in many hotels in Ialyssos, this is definitely the one I will return to.
Pros:Clean.
Friendly staff.
Ideally situated. 5-10 minute walk from the beach.
Peace and quiet (Guaranteed good night sleep).
Safe and secure (You can walk around the resort at 3am and feel safe).
Affordable.
Warm welcome (Complimentary drink and snack on arrival)
Bathroom to a high standard.

The hotel is well situated. A few minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, the beach, the airport and the bus station. Also ideal as starting point to explore the island.
It has a beautiful green garden with a lovely swimming pool. Our boys of 13 and 17 years old liked it all very much. They couldn't get enough of the delicious pizzas at the pool bar. 
The owner and the staff are all focused on the well being of their guests. 
The facilitating attitude was great. They arranged our car rental. And the owner Nikos brought us even back to the airport.
Overall it has a relaxed atmosphere with a very personal touch. Especially through the manageable scale of the appartment complex.
The appartments were spacious with nice showers.

I visited Terinikos at the end of September 2015. The owner and his son, Nikos, were very friendly and showed great hospitality. The apartment was not expensive at all, and we could use the swimming pool freely. The accommodation is centrally located (near the beach, shops and buses). I would certainly recommend it to my friends!

 

“A most friendly and comfortable hotel”

In the middle of July we had a two-week holiday in Rhodes and stayed at the Terinikos hotel, in a superior studio on the upper floor. The studio was clean, quiet and very comfortable with a small kitchen good enough to prepare a light meal. In the evening it was pleasant to relax in the cosy balcony. The hotel is surrounded by a nice garden and lots of flowers. We loved the swimming pool area with its relaxing atmosphere. The service is good, everything is in order. Special thanks to Nikos, head manager, who is very friendly and helpful. If we come to Rhodes again we will stay at this hotel!

“Quiet place, great location close to restaurants and beach”

Nice place just outside the centre, standard furniture but with everything you expect and up to date. Balcony is nice for the evening. Swimming pool is also great and gets cleaned regularly. Staff is nice and helpful but leave you alone if you don't ask. Would suggest the beach over the swimming pool because of the nice brease at the sea (hot in July) but can imagine it's nice in june and September. Rooms are big and tidy. Try to rent a car at local places in ialyssos because it's much cheaper (20-30 euros per day instead of 50 with Budget. Supermarkets and a bakery are at 4min walking distance.
